Artic is a selective herbicide of Triazines Group which contains Atrazine 50% as active ingredient.

Technical Name: Atrazine 50% WP

Mode of Action: Artic is a selective, systemic & pre and post emergent herbicide, it interferes with photosynthesis in some broadleaf plants and grasses, absorbed by the plant’s roots and leaves and moves upward to areas of new growth. The plant withers and dies. Plants’ older leaves may be more affected than new leaves.

• Artic is used for the effective control of weeds of Maize and Sugarcane Crop.
• It is recommended as blanket application immediately after planting/sowing of Maize and pre-emergence application in Sugarcane.
